I am here to listen. I am not an advisor or degreed professional.  If you would like my feed back I will only give communication based on personal experiences. If in need of professional help, please contact appropriate sources. 

I happen to have a gift of listening without judgement or bias. I do not feel anyone should not be able to speak their entire truth. Without worry about repercussion or judgement from family, work, friends or community.

I myself never kept a diary because I knew I would not include the full truth for fear of someone finding and reading some of the experiences I had. 

In marriage when talk of seeking counseling was brought up that idea was scratched due to fear of my spouses' job knowing some of the truths of the relationship. 

After military deployments the fear of being labeled or not being considered fit for duty has left many not speaking to anyone about their truths.   

There are so many of us without an outlet other than our own minds and I want to help change that.
